How many of you are able to actually walk gracefully in stilleto heels? I bought a gorgeous pair of boots from Nine West with a very thin stilleto heel. I’m able to walk fine and even run in them … but find myself toppling sideways (and nearly landing on the floor) occassionally. It just happened to me last week when I nearly fell down the escalators at work!
Do any of you even bother wearing them on a regular basis, like me. If so, how do you find them? Perhaps it is just my massive feet that are causing the problem.
It is not about how you feel. It is about how you look. Don't ever...I mean ever....confise the issue. Stilletos are fabulous..remember longer is better.
I have a couple and they give me hell. I only wear them to parties where there isnt mch walking to do. For regular, everyday wear I get a heel that is slightly broad at the end so I can walk at a fast pace with ease.
I have a few pairs but I never or very rarely wear them. I just think every girl should have a pair so I got myself a few pairs too : )
I can’t walk on heels at all actually, for me flat shoes all the way :k: Sometimes I do take em out and think let me just wear them today to town or whatever, then I walk down the street and go straight back home and change them to my flat shoes *sigh
They look gorgeous on other girls, if only I could wear them too!
In my childhood while living in pakistan...my aunt used to wear those..i don't know how..coz i remember few times i wore her footwear..i got sprain in my foot..i prefer flat footwear..so i can't help you in that regard..sorry :-(

I think they look fabulous and very classy! Especially if you wear them with jeans. Do you ever wear yours with jeans? :)
Stilleto heels, Gizzy, are pencil thin heels, usually 2 or 3 inches in length ... sometimes higher!
OUCH! I just remembered that scene from 'Single White Female' when she throws her stiletto at the guy and it goes in his forehead and kills him. Dammit my forehead is feeling weird now.
I can't wear them either. I bought so many shoes, all nice and expensive ones but not a single one of them has stilleto heels... I would rather go for something sophisticated and the one in which I am at ease :( then wear something which I don't feel comfortable putting on , no matter how much classy.
I do wear high heels at times but mostly they are broad or wide from the base and tapering towards the end. Not always the block ones though.
I remember :-D wearing sandles with kind of a block heels and my brother said, why dont you wear those thin heels. My, my guys...
