to make the stiff neck go away fast,try this
roll a towel that adjusts unde your neck .sleep on the floor(not on the bed) with ur face directing upwards.it always helps my stiff neck even if i lie for an hour.dont use anthing else under ur head .ur head shud touch the floor.i hope it gets better
