Btw, how much time you took for 7 miles? Was it hybrid walking/running or only running?
I run for 100 minutes. My treadmill for whatever reason stops at 100 minutes. I have no clue if it's a setting or if it malfunctions. Sometimes I accumulate 7 miles and sometimes a little more. I run/walk at 4.5mph (more or less).
I have heard it's a lot harder to run outside, which I have yet to do. I am pretty sure I would end up with less mileage outside in 100 minutes.

Actually it goes either way while running outside. I mean its a lil harder but at the same time very interesting as you get more distractions, you enjoy nature etc. Thats why i would prefer to run on a trail or park. To me a treadmill is totally boring.
