Have you seen lots of girls will have their hairs step by step even actressess have their hairs in step, its very common now, every second girl has these kinda hairs

actually i m still confused between step cutting and layer cutting????
i think priyanka's hair cut in DOSTANA is layered cut.

as far as i know, this is not layer cutting/step cutting.. it's simple "lazer cut" search the google for layer and step cutting you'll find some pics there.

step cutting is the pretty much the same as 'layered'.
