As we know that media is making rapid progress in our country from the past 5 years. Their have come many private channels in the country and are given full freedom to make progress. Their are movie, General Entertainment, Music, News and religiouse channels. They are working round the clock and are providing best source of news and entertainment. Govt is planning to promote media sector more and more as they know that only making media strong our country can make rapid progress and they can deliver their wishes and thinkings to the people of the world, so that may remove the miss conceptions about Pakistan and its people.
Sheikh Rashid Ahmad had announced the first ever Pakistan’s Dth package. Any how it is still not on the scene but I hope may private companies establish their Dth. May Ary, or Geo or some other company.

Sheikh Rashid was only talking abut pak dth but he did nothing on the other hand indians have taken the lead as always by starting their fourth dth service of the country. They have given great importance to their media. As on the kashmir issue they are wrong but it is their media that is presenting them on the right place before the people and supporting their concept on Kashmir issue.

In Pakistan media is not repidly growing by government side. They promised to start a dth service which they did not started untill now. Last year a pemra representative told me that it will take three or four months to start dth service in pakistan but untill now there are no chances.........Our neighbouring country is rapidly making progress in the field on Media, they have started their fourth of the country dth, by the brand of tata sky.
