I have a steamer from Tesco. So far I’ve made Steamed chicken & Steamed fish using Shan Masala. Ive also made Steamed vegetables with herbs & other seasonings.
What else? Desi or English, both are okay!

Last time we used masa harina and mixed it with hot water and vegetable shortening. They came out pretty good.
