^BBQ Tonite is famous for Pakistan style tikkay and kabab, so really it is a wrong choice for steaks IMO. Go with Copper Kettle or any of the top steakhouses.
What kind of steaks are preferred in Pakistan? I am going to assume it is considered a delicacy, and most people order it well done, since we don't like pink or blood in our meat?
I can't say what kinda steaks are preferred in Pakistan generally, but good steakhouses in Karachi and Lahore offer all kind and you can order whatever you like. I used to order it well done (same old desi phobia for pink in meat). But that used to dry the meat completely and there would be no juice left. Now I prefer medium. In Pakistan my favorite was in Copper Kettle, I think it used to be called Americana Steak with melted cheese on top. Absolutely heavenly (and extremely unhealthy, I am sure).
