What kind of steaks are preferred in Pakistan? I am going to assume it is considered a delicacy, and most people order it well done, since we don't like pink or blood in our meat?
I had steak at bbq tonite or whatever its called in karachi, it was supposed to b the best cut, but honestly the MASSACRED it. It was like a huge great piece of shoe leather. I bet it was a bit of horsemeat.
