i need a desi ishtyle of steak ,plz..i mean fully coked not rare cooked like here in usa,khoon say bhara huwa ,yuck,jis ko yeh kind of juicey kehtay hain..

U need a recipe or wanna know bout the places which serve steaks like that. Waise restaurent wale always ask whether u want ur steak to be rare , medium or full done.

what i do to beef steak is relaly marinate it in lemon/yoghurt with masals of ur choice but i usually just put garlic and red chillies and garam masala.
slightly boil it first then stick it on a george freeman or whatever hsi name is grill.............
it'll b totally done then n not rare at all............
or if you have a pizza maker stick it in them with a slight drizzle of oil they coem out really succulent......

KHAIR mai nay bana liya khud ki recipe say,,,
lemon juice salt ,black pepper . marinate it for 12 hr,first \grill kia fpr awhile phir boil kia ,,aur that was a winner dish...bohat acha bana steak,,,

Phle boil kya ya grill kiya? I bake meat first and than put it on charcoal grill for flavor.
And I use the same marinade.

Here is one way...marinate in..
Olive..oil ...and lemon and garlic..mixture..for about an hour..
use a paring knife and make tiny slits....and stuff those...slits with crushed..peppercorns....then..either..use a regular grill..or george forman one...grill and serve...
