not too sure if its all up to us. I used to dream of traveling all over the world. I always wanted to live down in my home town.
But I end up doing/building my life continents apart.:(
i also get bored of monotony and routine but then the novel and unknown is somtimes scary n causes us 2 become full of doubts...just thinking about this question is giving me anxiety
right. if one has enought time and monetary resource as well as good planning, then travelling the world is better than staying all one's life, in one town.
Well it totally depends on the environment where one's unconcious has flourished.
Soul is blank at first, unconcious put colours. So soul can like either of two.
A hippie soul might not need a HOME to come to at then end or during travelling. Their mind is open and the VEHSHAT of vastness doesnt exist for them.
Soul of an other person might need a SAHARA of home during and after his travelling, depends how u brought up.
Both unconciouses exist...one that love vastnes....other that favours convergence.
i think one should move around and see the world while working and studying. it gives you various type of experiences that one cant have living and working in the same city and country.
having a home at one place is also important so I suggest moving to one home at your loved place will be good at later stage in life with option of travelling for short stints.
learning about cultures and food, how people act and behave is very educative when one travels in the communities and in places where specific cultures are native.
I dont know. If I have to move, every 2-3 years, I would hate it.. As much as I love change, but when you live in area, you make so many memories, it becomes hard to leave those behind. Yes you can take memories with you, or move and make more memories, but jahan per dill ho.... and then there's the whole deal of adjusting to the new enviornment all over again.. haha no wonder I feel taht way, I have only moved thrice to a new location, in my life...
I moved every year of high school and when I was graduating high school, I really resented it. I hardly knew anyone well in my senior year and sometimes I wish I had a friend from middle school.
But now I see it as an advantage in a way because I can adjust well in any new situation...I can go to a party alone and not freak out. And my sister used to be very shy and now she is sooo outgoing.
I see some of my friends from cities i lived in before, they all seem to be clones of each other now, having hung out with each other since infancy. ANd the funny thing is they think they are so individual and cool...and they look the SAME!
For children it is good to have a stable base they can remember as 'home' but it is impt to travel once in a while or even settle elsewhere. That way they open their minds and become more aware of the world.
