What has worked for me in the past has been an extra extra large bowl of rolled oats in milk. Add unsalted nuts for flavour and proteins. Unsalted because salt makes you hungry. This has in the past kept me full for 6-8 hours.

Avoid fried foods as they will just pass through quickly.

I eat Normal, whatever is for sehri and I rarely have hunger issue before breaking fast.
