I loved the way it has been filmed. Creates the psychological dizziness and vagueness needed, since in the climax proves it was needed, cos it’s all a dream the boy is having while struggling to hold onto his life after a car crash. All the onlookers he sees in this state are a part of his dream which encompasses the whole movie barring the end.
