How these verses will surpass each other if both of them are ready swear by Allah?

Any proofe if woman’ swearing was accepted? Or she was given a chance to swear?

Anjaan, you are a big time Anjjan. You try to quote things to insult Islam but unfortunately your quotes do not fit at all to the point you are raising.

The two verses of Quran you quoted deal with the accusation by a husband on a wife of unchastity and then the defense of a wife against her husband WHEN THE HUSBAND IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY WITNESS.

BOTH have been given the right of SWEARING FOUR TIMES before Allah.

**It is a great example of the rights Islam has given to the woman EQUAL to the man **of swearing in the same manner, four times both and the swearing of a women can evart the blame of unchastment on her.

And the matter is left to Allah…

Just read carefully how much EQUAL rights Islam has given to women. I don’t understand your equivalency of one to four or one to two.
