It depend on you that how much time you can spare for this activity.

I’ve used cycling/treadmill but got quick result after evening Jogg.

I lost my 5 To 9 Kg weight and 4 inch waist by doing below:

No sweet
Take Green Tea without sugar
Jogged in evening
In dinner try to take only salad

In start of 4th week you will be able to see some +ve results.

How do you manage to stay away from sweets ?

I get unhappy if I can’t eat sweets.
