I got this dress done from tailor, its frock/anarkali with churidar style but the problem is that when i wear it it gets all clingy and becomes all flat oppose to being flowy… what can i do? I surely cant wash it cuz its all new so any tips?

I was about to say soak it in fabric softner, but you say you don't want to wash it.
I remember someone telling me to rub talcum powder on the body part where the fabric clings to. I havn't used this technique on myself, but you could give it a go.

Take a fabric softener dryer sheet and lightly rub on the inside/underside of the dress. You can also get anti static sprays. I usually find the dryer sheet works perfectly.
