Most of the above may not be popular among desi crowds
so how about small bite size pizza
bit size samosas
fish bites (there is this amazing finger fish my mom makes if you want the recipe i can get for you :)

v had soups in starters on my wedding n it was winter wedding so ppl enjoyed it n on mehndi v had stole of chaat dhai bhalas n gol gapay :)

samosa/pakora, spring rolls, veg wrapped in phyllo dough, fruit display, cheese and cracker/breads display, crudite (fresh veggies) w/ dip, olives and bite size fresh mozzerella balls, crab cakes, soup shooters, bruschetta, breads and spreads, hummus and pita chips- there are endless possibilities!
i guess it depends on where your wedding is- i don't know what all ethnic cuisines are available in pakistan (forgive my ignorance :) )
