i have no idea how to start a personal website. so can somone tell me how to begin?

buy a domain name at godaddy.com first and then start building your site.Usually go daddy sells you a site building tool too and I think its website tonight or you can use other site building tools too.

If you want a blog type website you can look at Blogspot, Wordpress etc. Most other ISP’s provide you with limited webspaces as well. If you need details or a little bit of space PM me and we’ll work something out.
