Nanha committed suicide.

yeah bilal passed away too (due to a gas explosion---some rumours he has rather been killed) at the age of 32 (i used to think he is shaan's brother)

It would be really great if someone could put in the respective ages of these stars too.

Since someone mentioned Shaan here, Shaan's father Riaz Shahid died quite young as well. If Shaan's wikipedia birth year is indeed his real one that makes him just a year old at the time of his father's death :(

I recommend that we should also refer to the work done by the actors when remembering them. In this way, we can re-introduce our stars to new generation, who do not know much about them.

such a nice walk down memory lane remembering all these great artists. I believe Perveen Shakir also died very young, in a tragic car crash.

wow this is such a treasure trove of interesting trivia and some very heartwarming moments. Thanks for sharing. Titliyan is indeed a great initiative in remembering the rich contribution of artists and intellectuals to our society after PTV's Kharaj e Tehseen. Does anyone know when it airs?

Rashid Yaqoob, she just passed away recently. i dont know her exact age but she did not look that old. May her soul RIP. I think her last drama was Lamha Lamha Zindagi where she played the old lady who gets killed in a car accident. Her landlord is always harrassing her and her daughter-in-law for rent.

As far i know actress Marvi (who i think appeared in drama siyaah sufaid -talat hussain, adnan saddiqui, mishi khan) was shot by some youths while shooting. she survived but then was killed in karachi later on.
