Qazi Wajid was basically related to Radio Pakistan and Pakistani stage drama. After introduction of TV in Pakistan, he played important role Khwaja Moin u din’s classic ‘Taleem e Balighan’ alongwith legendary actors Subhani Ba-Yunus and Mehmood Ali.

but he makes you hate the character when he plays bad guy (like role in Sahira Kazmi’s Hawwa ki beti)

That's the quality of any good actor. I have not watched this play , i think he has done more positive roles than negative.

I think he played Raja Sahib of Mehmoodabad a close friend of Mr Jinnah.

Apart from Jinah se Quaid, Qazi Wajid also played roles in historical plays like Aakhri Chattan, Labbaik and Ba-adab Ba mulahiza Hushiyar, etc

Yes, Qazi wajid was phenomenal in both positive and negative roles. He also played characters with both positive and negative shades like in hawein, chaand grahan, was also superb in khuda ki basti and khala kheran.

hahaha, i like the scene in aahat where he fought with maai jannate (taweez gandey wali aurat) and called her madam paradise.

as an indian i saw him in la good number of pakistani dramas and every time i am amazed by his natural acting....

lols Mai Jannatay. I don't remember the name of drama recently telecasted from PTV, where he played a Kamdaar ( Munshi) of feudal lord from Sindh and he tried to copy Sindh accent very well.

The chemistry between him and Marina Khan in Dhoop Kinare as father-daughter was one of exemplary performance.
In Dastak, he played a friendly father to Ayaz Naik - another convincing performance
