why are they much more difficult to do as compared to elliptical or say spinning? I am using the one you climb stairs on it.
I start to break in sweat in just 5 mins…if anyone uses it regularly, please do tell how long before your body/legs started to feel the improvement. With elliptical I found that I was able to get used to it in just 2 weeks…and had to inscrease the levels etc. But with stairmaster I feel as if more I use it, more stiff the legs get and I can barely do even more the day after. I am just finding it extremely challanging and about to give up argh ![]()
