Thousands of sultry “ships of the desert” will be posing and pouting for glory in a unique beauty pageant being held in the United Arab Emirates.
Now in its sixth year, the international camel beauty contest takes place in Abu Dhabi and attracts competitive camels from Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
The contest is one of the richest of its kind with nine million dollars and 100 cars up for grabs. It forms part of the Mazayin Dhafra festival.

no its not. if westerners can have stupid dogs/cats pageants n waste millions of $ on them then why can't arabs do it?
I did not say it's okay for the westerners to do that. Har baat ko Muslims vs. Westerners nahi bana lena chahiye. So does that mean we can justify bad things that Muslims do because westerners do them too? Then what's the difference between the two?
