Hello Guys,
I needed a few suggestions on how I should set up my stage for the shaadi. I want something simple and elegant. I’ll be wearing peach and gold and my finace will be wearing maroon. I was thinking of a gold and ivory backdrop. I dont want anything too busy and complicated… I think less is more.
For the mehndi I want something colourful and traditional, again nothing too busy… any suggestions?
Does anybody have any pictures they could post to help me get ideas?

Have you hired a decorator for this? They usually have albums of their work and ideas.

there’s lots of threads dedicated to wedding and mehendi stages- check these out for inspiration but Shehnai is right, any decorator you hire will have their own suggestions/ideas/folio for you to consider, but colourwise, you’re right on the money- gold and ivory will look very lovely.
