Re: stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties

We are doing a joint lingerie shower with my in-laws about 2 months before my wedding. My sister-in-law, bhabi-in-law and some close family friends, cousins from the in-law side are invited. Since no one will tell me what is planned I can't give you any more details.

I think its a great idea to have these mixed events for young people whether its just for the girls or co-ed as it enables both families to meet/mingle in a more relaxed environments.

The only thing I am slighly worried about, given that it is a lingerie shower, is keeping things clean - there's somethings in-laws shouldn't see. :)

i was thinking having it mixed…its just going to be cousins from both sides…the youngest people will b 16 up to around 30…just a lil celebration for us to let our hair down without adults lol…but i have no idea what we are going to do…should it be like a dohlki/mehndi with dressing up and dancing and eating…or should it have a litle more,…with party games or something…im

any suggestions its going to be in lahore..soo…any ideas?

Re: stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties

Ya linger shower - so wouldn't work in a co-ed group.

Why not organize ice-breaker type games or maybe traditional games that your parents would of played as kids. At work we always play these games where you are given a sheet of paper with categories and you have to find people in the room who fit in them i.e. find someone who broke a bone at some point, find someone with a set of twins in their family etc.
