There seems to be a serious problem in handling of affairs by CM Sindh. That Rao guy has made serious allegations against accused. Who the hell CM Sindh is to get the accused criminal released and suspend SSP? The courts should have been involved rather than playing dirty games. Let the courts to decide whether the allegations were truth or lie. If they were lies by courts, then Rao guy should not only be suspended but dismissed from services.
It should have been prerogative of IGP Sindh not of the CM Sindh to involve directly in police affairs. If it is proved that Rao is telling the truth, CM Sindh should go to jail directly from CM house for protecting the chief of target killers in Karachi.

Everyone is entitled to have any opinion. You may believe it without any proof. May be a feeling, which may or may not be true.
But just having a strong opinion or feeling is not enough to arrest someone. That is what Anwar did.
Anwar should not have talked about MQM Altaf links. Now it shows that he went after Izhar based on prejudice.

Stop this non sense. You have been supporting agents of raw shamelessly. The way you make claim that AH is no longer associated with MQM is hilarious. Even though if we get your sympathies for MQM, it doesn’t change the fact he is the founder of MQM and has been heading for decades and ask for Indian support. Its just about time that this time around media get it highlighted hence AH in trouble.

Bhai sahib, JI leadership actually echoed their voice immediately after the arrest against Rao Anwar and his foolish act. But again its not the first time we see JI saying something while doing something else.
And as per wut I know NS had no interference in this matter. He might not know anything at all. However its provincial govt which interfered and took some bold steps.
But Rao Anwar will be back, its not like he is gone forever.
One thing which Talat hussain said in his show was really on money. Same day there was a blast in masjid killing many. However Pakistani media whole day was giving 90% coverage to this arrest and release. Its so disgusting. Not sure if the lives dont matter or we have gone numb.

releasing one is not upon courts only , SHO , SP , IG can order release one if he is satisfied that there are not REASONS TO KEEP HIM IN CUSTODY but normally these powers are not used , In this case , I am sure technically ‘arrest’ couldn’t come on papers so every thing gone verbal . It is normal practice in Pakistan everywhere ,

That probably is legal, esp if they identify that the arrest was illegal to begin with. The bullsh!t practices need to be stopped, politicians using their influence to get other politicians arrested or other politicians influencing police to get their way with justice, this all needs to be stopped.
