SLC is planning to use funds raised from “upcoming tours” to pay for the WC exps, which is what makes me wonder if thats why its willing to risk the players safey rather than give up on a lucrative money making tour.
I do not need to re-iterate here that BCCI is quite flush with cash and does not need a tour of Pak to meet its exps. Infact BCCI officials have hinted that the tour may not happen in the near future due to packed calendars.
