Poor leadership by Dhoni. And if above is true, I have lost respect for the "some team members" referred to above. Personally, I found nothing funny about this article.

I don't mind Sreesanth's antics sometimes. He gets in their faces and rattles them up. Don't mind having 1 jackass fast bowler like that.
Dhoni's dressing down seems more about the slow overrate since Dhoni gets the stick for that. Sreesanth can improve on that aspect.

Berating him in public is uncalled for. Agreed, part of it was indeed to have him speed up his over rate, but part was I believe in response to Smith's complaint.
More importantly, there is no room in a team for treating one player like a rank outsider and humiliating him, as some players have been reported to have done. Possibly, they are taking their cue from their captain.
This level of mistreatment of a player is unprecedented in any team. Never heard of any player being ill treated by own teammates in this manner.
If India loses, I will not be too disappointed. OK, maybe a little.
