muscle memory helps keep the balance that you focus on, when you are in a yoga position. any movement of body muscles which has to do with keeping balance, and holding still in a calm but worked out position, requires muscle memory.
athletes and yoga doers know this so do gymnasts and dancers.
I see. However in our game people are always trying to unbalance us and its difficult to predict how they will do it as there are limitless ways they can do it. Plus it only takes a few seconds at max to unbalance if you give them the opportunity. So I don't know if muscle memory will help much.
