There is a big water tank visible from my back yard but it's not the same watertower you're referring to. It is nice halla gulla place near water tower. A lot of fish in that water ;)
It's liberation of the sexes. Girls are wearing khaki shorts and white tankies and guys are opting for the floral design shorts with pastel t shirts. It's the mincing of the gender boundaries.
