I am not sure where the OP is asking for molding his wife, he is just asking for pros and cons ...
the biggest con is ... whether its politically correct to say that or not but guys maintain their reproductive health pretty much till very late in their life while women lose it in thier late 40's or 50's. That may also mean loosing sexual appetite. Having a younger wife keeps the home fire burning for longer time.

I'm going to go a bit against the grain and say that I don't think the OP should be ridiculed for having such a concern (provided that he is not a troll). It's not common and at least has not been common until recently for a girl to not be younger than the guy she marries. So what is the harm in having concerns?
In general, I do think guys and girls of the same age have different maturity levels, at least until the early 20s. Not saying it always is like that, but it often is. Also, women *do *age faster than men. That's just how it is.
Personally, I don't mind marrying someone younger if we get along in our ways.
