Its proven that running is the best exercise for many benefits, one of which is weight loss.
A very layman perspective is just to make sure you run. Now you dont need to run like crazy. Start from walking , then giving it a pace for 5-10 min, and then start running for say next 10-15 min depending upon your willpower and health. And then slow down again to walk on a faster pace. Repeat this cycle as many times as you can but go easy on yourself.
You should start from 20 min in total for the first day and try increasing every 5-10 min after every few days.
Also if you run daily, its good but if u dont want, keep it on alternate days.
Again I’m not a pro, so its just a casual opinion based on my observation and personal experience. I would try googling to find some reliable content about the three points you mentioned.
