2. how much time
3. can i do interval workout …warm up. jog. high knees…jog…high knees,

iam already controlling my diet and doing exercise…nothing is working for weight loss

Its proven that running is the best exercise for many benefits, one of which is weight loss.

A very layman perspective is just to make sure you run. Now you dont need to run like crazy. Start from walking , then giving it a pace for 5-10 min, and then start running for say next 10-15 min depending upon your willpower and health. And then slow down again to walk on a faster pace. Repeat this cycle as many times as you can but go easy on yourself.

You should start from 20 min in total for the first day and try increasing every 5-10 min after every few days.

Also if you run daily, its good but if u dont want, keep it on alternate days.

Again I'm not a pro, so its just a casual opinion based on my observation and personal experience. I would try googling to find some reliable content about the three points you mentioned.

Pro can answer well. I am not pro.

I run and than slow down... My goal is take heart beat up and then slow down and then repeat this again and again.

I personally recommend jogging in open space... more oxygen and more deep breath during jogging. Oxygen will help in metabolism of your body.

If you want to do any workout after running that will be great. Daily exercise is good.

Your stamina will increase and you will increase your running time and workout time in a month.

20 min is good but you can take it to 40 to 45 min of exercise.

Drink lots of water before exercise in addition to your daily water.

Cut your rice and chapati. Eat more baked item and avoid junk food.

Your goal should be living healthy life not just because of weight loss.
