Someone I know eats roti with dhaal using a fork. So, his hands don’t smell or get into his nails. :-\

let me tell you complete story. Our backgrounds are very humble (you know the culture of area). My Mumani brought a tray having different compartments and each compartment contained different type of nimco. She gave all of us a plate and spoon to take the nimco of our choice. When she put the tray on table. My Mamoo came and started talking with us, '(Khush, khair… baar bacha theek aahin) and all of sudden he stretched his hands and started taking nimco from different compartments with his hands

She is working lady so might caught this from somewhere. A working woman and a house wife has different psyche when it comes to dealing with people and adapting new customs

I told you how my Maamoo behaved.. That shows that its very difficult for an individual to leave roots when other family members follows those roots
