yes I do. My SIL works for Helping Hands and they need donations desperately for many Muslims children around the world.

Infact you don't have to sponsor from Pakistan. Any country of your choice. They picture of the kids are on the website. It's less than a coffee a day or lunch money for your own child. Please do help out.

I have a few questions .. how certain are we that the money we send through is actually used for the education and upkeep of the kids? and not given in salaries to the ones running the charity org. or money handed over to some other charity in pakistan...

if we got to pakistan, can we meet with the orphans we are sponsoring?

Do we have any say in how the money is used up on the kids we are sponsoring?

How can one be sure that you are spending money on the poor children? Is your org. recognised?

Well depends on how much you trust the OP and the fact that she said her SIL works for this organization
