Half gallon milk has been spoiled :bummer:..

does anyone know any recipe for spoiled milk?

What exactly do you mean by spoiled? If it has curdled you could make cheese out of it.

make cheese out of it just warm it up and add one big spoon of yogurt and salt (optional) and then put it in a malmal cloth and hang if overnight the water will keep dripping and in the morning check if all the water is gone then just cut it into pieces and enjoy delicious paneer.

Make khoya and then qlaqand out of it.

I dunno any recipe but in future just boil the milk as soon as you bring the milk home and then pour it back in the gallon.. guaranteed it wont go bad!

my husband tried to convince me about it but I didn't believe it until I was able to use the milk past its expiry just because of boiling!!

I dont think it's a big deal.. you can probably boil it in a kettle or a tea pot that doesn't spill chai, let it cool for sometime and then pour it back in..in fact my husband always does it and I have never seen him doing it but since I didn't see any spills in kitchen, I am sure its not that big of a deal!

@ everyone…i just baked a cake so dont wana make any other desert :bummer:..
