Splitends problem

Yesterday, while tanking vitamin D in the sun i saw sooo many splitends on my poor head :crying: I’ll get them chopped off soon but what should i do in the meantime and what can i do after getting them cut to prevent them in future???

Tell me how to prevent white hair also…

get in the habit of a regular trim
dont't brush wet hair, use wide tooth comb
minimize use of blow dryers, irons, other products
