Absolutely. Plenty of Pashtuns/Afghans in Lahore and all over** Punjab**. That’s the difference, there’s no such thing as ethnic ghettos in one particular city of Punjab, the ethnic groups are settled and constantly moving all over the province. For you guys, the story of Sindh starts and finishes at Karachi! Maybe time to turn Karachi into a separate province.

Just because you don’t see any ethnic violence in Punjab/Lahore, and no political party cry about the evil ‘outsiders’ coming and taking over, doesn’t mean there’s no diversity in Punjab. LOL

Bibi jan, Karachi is more diverse than Punjab ever would be. In fact, SID already mentioned the transport, timber and security businesses that Pathans run which wouldn’t be possible if muhajirs like to kill Pathan. Karachi is the largest Pashtun city even if they are a minority.

of course, diversity hasn’t been without hiccups like mustafa kamal couldn’t introduce green buses in Karachi due to transport mafia run by another ethnic group. In fact, it was Karachi that introduced LPG, but Delhi actually implemented it and reduced smog because all Indians work together.

PS Karachi needs more railway as I have seen the metro buses and not only do they look wide for our narrow roads, I am waiting for corruption in the project to come out. Rail us the cheapest way (narrow gauge less space) so federal govt should guarantee loans for KCR like how Feds and states work in the U.S.
