Adra, what you're saying sounds almost similar to what I had and im sure its very good as well, but I dont like ricotta one bit. What I had was ispanakli borek and it doesnt come with yogurt, its delicious all on its own. I think Im gonna try the recipe you posted and substitute the ricotta part with feta cheese instead.
Oh, and I forgot to mention... im sure I saw and tasted onions in there as well.
