I thought Oyster sauce was to be used in small quantities since it has a fishy smell? Btw thats how i make my noodles too except that i add vinegar as well. They turn out yummy!!!!
oh yeah..like ira, i also add some vinegar....also a pinch of tandoori masala (im in love with this stuff..i put it in almost everything...even my omlette!)....and instead of spagetti noodles, try linguine..i like the flat shape of it
Afshi and others, have you guys tried this with chinese egg noodles? They come out even yummier! :D Its only breakfast time and i am already talking abt this stuff.
yeah...tried them...so much easier eh? but i had bought a bunch of pasta noodles on sale before and want to finsih them up before i buy the egg noodles again....hehehe...hubby doenst like regular spagetti and tomato sacue (neither do i)...so i just use them for noodles instead...and its such an easy meal to cool...its like a two in one meal....also, in the chicken and veggie mix...take half out and add in boiled rice and the other half put in the noodles...so now u have two meals....god bless hakka chinese food!
lol..i think hakka chinese is like indo/pak-chinese food....and with spice.....
correct me if im wrong...eg are chicken manchurin, chow mein, chilli beef...etc....
