my hubby had bought tonns of shan masala’s before we got married and we have them handy on the top of the spice cabinet .. I dont use them much though … other then biryani masala one … that too for emergency biryani
i got few spices............ salt,black peper, red chili, dhaniya poder,curry pata, methi powder, ginger garlic powder,cardamons,garam masla,zeera,soof,kalvanji,cinamon powder,cumin powder and national qorma masla
sauces....... tomato ketchup, barbie cue sauce, red chily sauce, vinegar,soya sauce and nandos peri peri sauce
Whole spices - nutmeg, black pepper, zeera , dhaniya seeds, clove, green cardamom, ajwain , kalonji, anardana
Leaves - Basil, dried methi, bay leaves, curry patta
Others : Chinese salt, soya sauce, vinegar, fish sauce, anardana powder , cardamom powder, baking powder, soda bicarb, corn meal, mixed herbs bottle and Nutmeg and Mace mix :@:

Red chilli powder for curries and biryanies, curshed red chillies for shami kebabs, karahi, chapal kebabs etc. Round red chillies for tarkas to karhi, daals etc.
Sabut sanuf for pulao yakhani. Khachri for meat tenderisation.
