Spices / beans / rice / lentils Stored in garage where it's hot

I made a mistake. I stored all my spices/masalaes/daals in a pantry located in garage where there is no AC. The temp gets really hot in summer. It’s been there for about an year now. Should I throw away everything in there or is it still ok to use them. They are good by their ‘use by date’ but I didn’t store them in cool place. :frowning:
Please advise.

All dry stuff (rice, spices, lentils etc) should be fine. I’d throw away any canned food
