True! Angel sister but over the generations our definition of "mom being happy" has changed perhaps 360 degrees. Before mothers were happy when their kids/husband was happy. They were happy when their kids/husband accomplished something not to say that this isn't the case any more rather we are fed to think that we can be happy with spa treatments or med/ped. Though i do agree, if you can afford and i mean AFFORD to do such things then theres no harm once ina while.
The main reason our mothers never did that because back then these things were not the norm, now days whether you're a teen or a house wife everyone goes for such things again because we have these services available to us.
