There’s a big difference between having money left over after all necesasry expenses and buying yourself a coach (sorry thats as high as ill go 
) vs buying just ramen noodles and chef boyardee cz you decided to get your nails and hair done, complete with the kabab curls and 8 inch acrylics with spongebob painted on em (i know this was a song lyric, cant remember what song though)
