does father name spelling matters in different documents of same person ?
same name but with different spellings ..
for example these names can be written with different alphabets
umair / omair
emran / imran
aisha / ayesha
alim / aleem
ovais / owais
sayma / saima
sara / sarah
i have some documents like passport/marrige certificate/identity card/driving liecense,educational degrees ,my ofice papers where my father name written with different spellings 
people never care to ask for spelling and write spellings what they thing is right for that name ..
here in pakistan yeh sub chal jata hai but what about west..uk/canada/usa/dubai etc
diferent spellings in different document fine for them too or they object and get u in trouble about name spellings
