I understand ppl wanting to get their work done extremely fast at a striking rate. However what I don’t understand is putting other’s lives at risk. SOmetimes even to the extent of running them over

If true, it is pathetic to see how heartless we humans have become
The painting of lines on a road is not done by a guy with a paintbrush, they actualy drive a special machine which applies the paint. After you have been painting for miles and miles, from your driving position it's easy to miss an animal lying motionless in the road.
Haven’t they invented a newer version of latest painting equipment for this purpose? I.E two bikers, with spray painting tires, riding on the highway side by side, extremely close?
