What exactly are you going to be using it for and how much does that cost?

What is the speed of the hard drive?

fat spartan normally notebook hard drives are 5400 or 7200 rpm.

Looks pretty good, if possible upgrade the RAM to 2 GB otherwise looks pretty reasonable.
You didnt mention the price?

Right. I don't know how much you still find them, but hard drives running 4200 rpm tend to feel somewhat slow.

this is lil expensive if you are in Qatar,

first of all its only 1 GB ram, and then Vista home BASIC.. I think it should be more cheaper.

Vista will kill the system with 1 Gb Ram and 1.66 Core Duo Processor.

2Gb ram with 2.0 CoreDuo2 is recomended. But try to find a better deal 3000 Qatar Riyal is expensive for your quote.

I got something with similar specs about a year and a half ago for about $950 CAD. I think that 3000 riyals is a little expensive for something with those specs.
