My work email account is recently bombarded with such emails. Do you guys know what is the best way to cope with such spoofs?

Request your email administrator for a new email account sighting this issue. They will surely agree with you. If you do not do so , this spam mail will keep on multiplying because the spamers sell email address left and right.
