i spent about 10 days in Andulus , very nice , we booked couple of short stay hotels and an apartment for a week near malaga.

if you are fussy about halal food, there will be limited choices, but they have very good seafood everywhere. and tapas of every kind. also keep in mind of there seista and feista timinings, if you wake up late, you will find all the shops closed at around 12 for good couple of hours.

if you hire a car or van, that will be good to move around for places and sight seeing. gibralter is also nearby, its worth a visit.
