The first obvious solution in that case is to check whether you are getting power to the heater or not.
- Try plugging it in a different socket.
- If socket is ok, check the plug, wire for any frays. It could be a twisted cord that has given way somewhere.
- If wire is ok, then it be disconnected somewhere in side the heater.
The above fixes would be stuff that would fall in the DIY category. Anything beyond that would require expertise, and parts as well.
