If you are a regular client, i wouldnt worry bout tips, they get their commission out by making you bewaqoof and coaxing you into buying their beauty products.
I think it depends on what you feel is a fair tip, the average is around 10% but varies from place to place and should be a reflection on the standard of service you received.
