Please help. I have been invited to go to a spa day. I obviously will not be swimming or anything but am stuck in what I can wear whilst there. I will most likely only be having a manicure or pedicure. Please help

Wear whatever clothes you wear normally. At least here in the U.S., if you need to change (for body scrubs, facials etc.), then the spa will let you know and will have whatever they want you to wear. But for a manicure and pedicure, it doesn't matter what you wear but its best not to wear a dress. During the pedicure, you will soak your feet in a tub and they usually massage up to your knees (this is why its best not to wear a dress) so be prepared to roll up your pants up to your knees. With manicures, again, they usually massage up to your elbows so either wear short sleeves or be prepared to roll up your sleeves.
Of course if you don't want the massage, then all you have to do is tell them.
